Ben Stack was born in Dublin Ireland in 1959. He studied at the Dun Laoghaire School of Art Dublin from 1977 –1979 after which he enrolled in the National College of Art and Design and was awarded a Diploma in Fine Art (Honours) in 1982.
After qualifying Ben lived in America and worked in the Contemporary Arts Museum Houston. In 1983 he returned to Ireland where he continued his art studies while working as a freelance designer and illustrator. In 1984 he was awarded a Bachelors degree in Fine Arts (Honours). Since 1984 he has travelled and worked extensively in the US as artist and illustrator.
In 1994 he immigrated to Australia where he now lives and works in Sydney. His paintings are in demand by serious art investors and art lovers around the world.
